Shipping

If you place an order with me, I aim to ship it between 1 to 5 business days. I hope your parcel will find it's way to you quickly, but this also depends on it's desitnation and the courrier service.

Current Shipping costs for packages up to 2 kg are:

The Netherlands: €6.95

European Union:  €9.50

Other destinations: €22.00

For packages heavier than 2kg, additional shipping costs might apply. 

​

Keep in mind that on orders outside of the EU, additional import duties or custom charges may apply.

I try to package the parcels as eco-friendly as possible. I  reuse as many packing material as possible.  While I try to use as little plastic as possible, sometimes I need to in order to protect your ceramic piece.

Returns

Ping Ceramics has a return policy of 14 days.  If you want to return your order, please email me at ping.ceramics@gmail.com 

Please note that any shipping costs for the return are your responsibility. If you return your order, make sure that everything is securely packaged so the ceramics won't get damaged on their journey home. If the ceramics are damaged due to unproper packaging in the return, I sadly cannot refund you.

Once I have received your return, and everything is in order, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take a while for your bank to process the transaction.

If your  order arrives broken or damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and we will discuss the best solution.
