Return policy
Ping Ceramics has a  30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact me through the contact form here. Please make sure to mention your order number. I'll get in touch with you, to discuss the next steps. 

If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how to properly pack your ceramics and where to send your package. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted as returns. 

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Make sure that you package the return well. I cannot accept your return if the pot arrives damaged or in a different condition than how you received it. If your refund gets approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Did your order arrive damaged? I'm so sorry. I try to pack everything as securely as possible, but sometimes a pot will break during shipping. please contact me here within 48 hours of the package arriving and we will discuss the best solution together.
